* Conduct personal visits whenever required
* Provide up to date communication material on claims and eligibility Issues
* Provide updates on legislative changes and industry trends. Promote Co-ordination of Benefits
* Advise on compliance issues and employer's exposure to liabilities. Communicate cost vs. claims relationship to employees and employers to help them appreciate the benefit plan.
*Provide employees with more information on their plans and increase flex options where available
* Advise and assist directors of Retirement Plans on their roles in pension governance. |
