Rasa Lannoo, Owner
I specialize in retirement plans and group benefits. With 23 years experience working in this industry I believe a good benefit plan should manage the health and wealth of employees—not just facilitate claims and disperse cheques. A reasonably priced and well-designed program should enhance the compensation strategy and the corporate objectives of a company. It should show the employer how his/her company stacks up with peers and the national norms.
I work with all insurance companies, a number of alternative providers and all types of accounting systems. The information we use comes through sources in the insurance industry, the pharmaceutical industry, various government departments and the Conference Board of Canada, to name a few.
It is important not only to give advice but also to help with its implementation and to monitor the results. We use the expertise within our firm as well as partner and collaborate with other professionals to ensure our clients are receiving the most innovative and effective service for their Pension and Benefit plans.

Martin Caldwell
My passion in the financial services industry is working one on one with families to help them achieve their goals, financial and otherwise. With a firm understanding of insurance, investments and debt management I am able to create and implement programs that inspire my clients to become financially successful.
Because each situation is different and every client unique, I understand there is a need for creativity and personal service when finding a balance between living for today and preparing for tomorrow.
I believe the key to financial successes is having a goal, learning how to achieve it, and working hard everyday to get there. By developing long term relationships with my clients I am able to understand their desires and challenges and help them work toward their dreams.

I draw on my experience and training to make sure investors are choosing the funds that work best for them, not for myself.

I have been helping people with their insurance questions and concerns since 1975. I have gained more than 20 years experience dealing with almost every insurance company in Canada and I use that knowledge to address any concerns or questions clients may have.
I am generally the first person our clients deal with, which makes it essential for me to be familiar with everyone's roles and responsibilities and keep current with industry issues. My years of experience and my willingness to learn allow me to assist staff and be a productive part of the team.
